She graciously allowed her memories to float back to her. She allowed them to settle and noticed her fears go through her like bullets, leaving darkness in their gaps.
As she assessed the dim chapters of her life she realized everything around her was changing but she graciously allowed herself to shed a few tears. She looked confidently at all the dark corners and decided she won’t let that darkness define her. With more passion in her next steps, she trusted that change and little by little her confidence grew. She noticed all the judgmental voices dropped and her own voice emerged filling all the bullet gaps.
Her words described her deepest vulnerabilities and she realized they didn’t scare her anymore. Because no matter what went on in her life there was always a white page to fill.
