Question/Discussion

Hi Everyone,
I’d like to hear from all of you.
“Are we supposed to be strong all the time? And can we prepared for life’s challenges?”

I just submitted an essay with a similar subject, it brought up a lot of interesting points. So now I’m curious to see what you all think in the comments below.

Best Regards,
Zeina

  1. We won’t always be strong, and we won’t always be prepared for challenges, but what matters is whether we rise up and learn/become stronger, or not.

      1. It won’t always be easy, I admit, but we have to keep moving forward.

It’s humanly impossible to be strong all the time. Like seasons, we have our moments of weakness, strength, discovery etc. The predictor of how we will handle life challenges comes from our mindset. If the mind is always in the defeat mode or easy way out mode, then the simplest of challenge will be a mountain. What also helps with managing life challenges is the support around you.

    1. Thanks for commenting, and I totally agree! Sometimes we need to hit rock bottom so we can see a clearer path. Love how you described it here, “If the mind is always in the defeat mode or easy way out mode, then the simplest of challenge will be a mountain.”

  3. I crumble all the time and although that’s not ideal in this tough world, what’s important is that you pick yourself back up and keep going. You’re allowed to have wobbles because you’re a human x

  4. You should always be strong for those who rely on you. But you also need your own space, even a private one, where you can let yourself breakdown for a minute.
